Since this blog series leading up to the UCLA Extension Restaurant Industry Conference is focused around creating legends…I figured a great topic for today would be about inspiring those future legends.
Generation Y is known to easily fall under peer pressure, so how can you pressure your employees into something great? Another word for pressure here would be Inspire! As a manager or a leader in a company…you get to secretly pressure, or inspire, your generation y employees to be the best that they can be! If you act like everyone is doing it, and create a fun yet professional company culture…then everyone is going to fall right into line.
