I’m a 17-year-old entrepreneur with a passion for cooking and entertaining! I’ve written two business plans in the last two years and been published in two national magazines for my culinary accomplishments. The first business plan I wrote was on a catering company, which allowed me to cater for the governor of Nebraska, The University of Nebraska, and many other companies and clients.
My dream is to inspire as many people as I can, and to do so I’ve been on stage bringing multiple motivational topics to life! I got the chance to sit on a panel for the National Restaurant Industry Conference in LA, and after that experience I can call myself one of the top three generation y workers in the industry. I’m out to make a difference in the world one plate, and one person at a time.
