When I was 12 years old I discovered my passion for cooking, eating, and sharing the love! Yes…it started with a television. I would stay up until at least 3 in the morning every night trying to be the most dedicated of all food network addicts. Friends, family, and a number of weird exotic animals watched as my potential future slowly started to reveal itself. Middle School and High School were, well, an experience. I learned a lot about myself and how to help others successfully conquer the crap they may have to go through. If you realize that the only person you have to fit in with is yourself, then you will be able to really stand out.

I’ve been published in Better Homes and Gardens and the Mixing Bowl Magazine. I’ve catered for the governor of Nebraska. I’ve Hosted Radio Shows. I’ve been on TV. I’ve inspired and spoken to thousands of people.

Currently I am living in Austin, Texas as a plant-based, gluten-free, pot belly pig owning, cilantro hating, constantly learning cook and speaker. I graduated from the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts.
